Want to create a new booking from scratch?

Already booked and need to change something?
Enter the booking code: the form will be reloaded with all the current data and you can change what you need. A new code will be issued, replacing the previous one.
Need to cancel a booking you've already made?
Enter the code you received in the booking confirmation email. Nothing else to fill in.
Build your booking online. You'll receive a summary email with the booking code and an estimated quote.
This method is faster and more accurate for everyone. If you prefer to do it the traditional way by sending an email, that is still possible — but we are gradually moving to this more automated system given the growing number of groups.

Only extras not already included in the selected menu are shown. Each extra you add applies to all participants in the group.
☛ After choosing an extra from the dropdown, press «+ Add» on the right to include it in the order.

E.g. "one participant does not eat ham but eats cheese", or if this is a modification of a previous booking, indicate the code. Variations must be confirmed by us — write your requests and we'll see how to accommodate them.

⚠ Note: you ticked "already a registered customer", so you won't be asked for billing details (VAT, address, SDI). Confirm only if we already have your data on file. If this is your first order with us, please untick the box and fill in your details.
Foreign agencies: enter your local VAT number (German DE…, Austrian ATU…, etc.) in the "VAT number" field. Foreign agencies do not need to fill in the SDI code.
8. Estimated quote
By pressing "Send booking", the data is transmitted to Prosciuttificio Il Camarin. Sergio will reply to you personally by email to confirm the booking and the requested conditions. You'll also receive a booking code to keep for any future changes or cancellations.
