Il Camarin curing cellar — guided tour

Our tour and tasting packages have been very well received for years by groups of tourists and travel agencies alike.


From a simple guided tour, to a quick tasting, all the way to a full lunch — every visitor will find the package that best suits their needs and schedule.


Our prices are truly competitive, especially when combining the tour with one of our menus.


Guests will witness first-hand the original production of San Daniele raw ham in an environment where wood has not yet been fully replaced by the steel of large industrial plants — and where the master curers can still make their mark, thanks to decades of experience and extraordinary skill.


Our plant is situated in the sunny, peaceful southern area of San Daniele, surrounded by greenery and away from traffic.


With this in mind, we offer full flexibility for guided tours on any day of the week and at any time — just a few days' notice is sufficient to arrange an appointment that we are certain will be a truly unique experience.


At the end of the visit, guests can purchase excellent prosciutto aged up to 20 months in vacuum-packed slices (from 1 kg upwards) directly from our company shop, at a special price.


We have ample bus parking and, during warm spring and summer days, the option to enjoy the tasting on our outdoor terrace.


We can accommodate groups of up to 300 guests.


For winter visits, we have large, welcoming heated halls where you will enjoy the warmth of a homely atmosphere.


The minimum number of guests per visit/tasting is fifteen.
