Who we are

Il Camarin is a small ham factory that produces and ages a few thousand hams a year, carefully selected pieces destined mainly for sale in fine delicatessens and high-end restaurants.


These are hams of exceptional size and curing, distinguished by the sweetness that only a measured use of salt can guarantee.


Beyond the "magical" air of our town, a careful selection of raw material and meticulous processing result in a ham that is sweet, fragrant and always tender — made to satisfy the quality standards that have always distinguished the finest charcuterie.
