What we produce

At our registered plant No. 49, we produce and sell a single product: San Daniele D.O.P. raw ham.


Our raw ham is available with a minimum ageing of 18–20 months and above, both on the bone and deboned.


The deboned version can be chosen in the classic pressed format, in the tied format (addobbo), or in vacuum-packed slices — very practical for home use.


Modified atmosphere (ATM) trays: We offer hand-sliced trays from the heart with long slices, in two convenient sizes:
200 grams (2 portions) — aged 24 months, best before 6 months
100 grams (1 portion) — aged 24 months, best before 6 months
Perfect for home use or as a gift.
