At our registered plant No. 49, we produce and sell a single product: San Daniele D.O.P. raw ham.
Our raw ham is available with a minimum ageing of 18–20 months and above, both on the bone and deboned.
The deboned version can be chosen in the classic pressed format, in the tied format (addobbo), or in vacuum-packed slices — very practical for home use.
